Clara's Chicken Breast Casserole

4 Chicken Breast Boned and skinned
(makes 8 roles)
Roll dried beef inside chicken
Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each piece.
Arrange in Casserole - Blend together 1 can mushroom soup, 1 carton sour cream, 3/4 cup cream sherry wine, pour over chicken - sprinkle paprika
Bake 325° - 2 hours or longer until chicken is tender and done.
(make rice casserole with this)

Note from Shanna: Grandma taught me how to make this and I loved it then and now. I can't find dried beef, but I use prosciutto now.

Chocolate Chip Pie

1 Cup milk
1 Cup marshmallows
Cook and Cool
Beat until smooth add 1 pint whipping cream and chipped chocolate chips.

Chocolate Chip Pie (Ida)

Heat 30 marshmallows 1/2 cup milk until marshmallows are melted. Let cool. Whip 1/2 pint cream add 1/2 cup chocolate chips chopped fine. Combine mixture.

Graham Cracker Crust: 20 crackers and a dash of salt 4 tbsp. melted butter and pack well and bake (chill pie crust before pouring mixture in)

Top of the Stove Oatmeal Cookies

1/2 C. Oleo
2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Milk
2 C. Whole Oats
1/2 C Peanut Butter
In a 2 Qt. sauce pan mix oleo, sugar and milk. Stir well and biol, stirring constantly to full rolling boil for 3 minutes. Remove from fire and stir in peanut butter, mix well and add oats. Stir well. Can be dropped by spoonful on wax paper or poured into buttered pan, when cool, cut into squares - Cool thoroughly.
